Maker Show – May 17th 2015

Truckee-Tahoe is a creative and talented community — let’s show off what we do! Seeking all local makers to share their creations with the wider community.

The Maker show will show off the breadth of creativity in our community.

Presenters include internationally renowned muralist John Pugh, pro snowboarder Mike Basich and his tiny house, kinetic bicycles, pottery spinning, home-made video game controllers and more. Here are some photos and details on Maker Show presenters.

The Maker Show will be a big, vibrant and exciting launch of The Roundhouse project, and we need you to make it happen.

About Truckee Roundhouse
The Roundhouse is a non-profit makerspace located in Truckee, California that supports the teaching, learning, and practicing of a wide variety of crafts skills, technologies and arts in the Truckee-Tahoe community. We are planning to open in 2015.
The Roundhouse team has packed Coffeebar to hear about the building of Embrace at Burning Man, filled the Tahoe Arthaus Cinema to watch the story of the Bay Bridge lights, and toured over 20 Truckee makers on a day-long Reno field trip. Now, we’re getting closer to opening our space and we want to open it with a big show that celebrates the potential we feel for our creative community.
